How much does it cost to enter?
There is an entry fee to the Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards. Why? Because there are real costs associated with the care and secure storage of entries, and the processing of entries and payments. Costs are also incurred for distributing collated papers to the judges, convening the jury, providing a venue for the judging days, if necessary, offering refreshments and lunch to the judges at any plenary session, compiling the privately scored judges’ marks and communicating the short-list to the lucky finalists.
The entry fee for this inaugural year of the Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards is set at £200.00 plus VAT at the current applicable rate (£240.00 including VAT at 20%)
Second or subsequent entries will be charged at £100.00 each, plus VAT at the current applicable rate (£120.00 including VAT at 20%).
The Young Vehicle Recycler or Individual of the Year categories are FREE TO ENTER.
Payment for all entries must be received at the time of entry and receipt of entries will be acknowledged electronically. Each entry must be paid for separately, but if you know you will submit several entries please let the Awards office know and an invoice will be raised for you to pay by BACS, or via PayPal.
By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. It may a physical event, where table places will be available at a rate per person, or an online event, where a fee per Finalist company will be made, but these charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.
Extended deadline for entries: July 29
